Judge, Rawalpindi and the executant due to unavoidable circumstances and living
abroad, unable to file, appear and pursue the case on each and every date, so
the executant nominates the said attorney to do the following acts, deeds,
things on my behalf in respect of above mentioned case.

appear and pursue the case on each and every date of hearing.
2.
To
file suit, application, petition, revision petition, writ petition in my name
and on my behalf.
3.

file written statement, application, petition, affidavit etc.
